The Benue State High Court has issued a temporary order barring Iyorchia Ayu from running as national president of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
W.I Kpochi, presiding over the trial, issued the order on Monday, while ruling on a unilateral petition marked MHC/633/2023 and filed by Conrad Terhide Utaan.
