A former Niger Delta militia leader, Mujahid Asari Dokubo, has denied claims that President-elect Bola Tinubu rigged the 2023 presidential election.
Asari Dokubo says that contrary to claims, it was Labor, LP, presidential candidate Peter Obi who rigged the just-ended presidential election, not Tinubu.
Obi and Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, are running in the most recent presidential election that created Tinubu.
The two men disputed the results of the presidential election in court, indicating that they had won the ballot.
Speaking in a Facebook Live on Monday, activist Niger Delta emphasized that Obi has no moral right to complain about the election results.
“The elections all over the country has exposed that the person who rigged the election was Peter Obi. The results are very clear.
“If they look at the election well, he cannot score two million votes. In a free and fair election, even in Anambra, Obi will not win,” Dokubo said.
