Senate Whip Chief of Staff Orji Uzor Kalu urged the Igbo community to support Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State four days before the state gubernatorial election,
Kalu also urged the Igbo community to support the APC gubernatorial candidate in Kaduna, Uba Sani, and Borno’s Babagana Zlum.
He said Sanwo-Olu, Sani, and Zlum deserve a warm welcome from the Igbos.
The senator said Igbos would be able to influence where they live if they vote for the APC gubernatorial candidates.
In a Facebook post, Kalu urges Igbos to balance competence and performance and support people-oriented candidates.
He wrote:
“The candidates of APC in Lagos, Kaduna, Borno, and others deserve maximum support of the Igbos. I urge all our people in these states to cast all their votes for the candidates of the APC.
“When you vote for the APC, you have an opportunity to promote, move forward, and positively influence the places where you reside.”
