Sunday Igboho, a Yoruba Nation agitator, has revealed that Dele Momodu, a presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, paid him a visit when he was detained.
Igboho was taken aback by the fact that Momodu was able to pay him a visit when he was jailed in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
The presidential hopeful risked everything to see him while he was incarcerated, according to the freedom fighter, who was recently released by the Benin Republic government.
“I was astounded that Chief Momodu was able to achieve this when so many powerful individuals were hesitant to stand up for me.”
“He prayed for me and advised me to be calm and pray for God’s help.”
“All he wants is peace,” he added, adding that he will reach out to all parts of Nigeria.
