Supreme Court Verdict: ‘They Can No Longer Underrate Me Because Of Dancing – Gov Adeleke
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State said he had been proven wrong by those who underestimated him and thought he would not take over as governor because of his love of dancing.
He reiterates that dancing is his hobby and he has never made a statement about it.
Adeleke, who was upheld Tuesday’s election by the Supreme Court, said those who underestimated him for his ability to dance have turned out to be dancers.
“Dancing is my hobby. I don’t pretend, I don’t impress,” he said while speaking on Channels TV’s Politics Today.
He said he showed his taste for dance even while in the Senate and his detractors said he could not argue or make meaningful contributions to the Senate, saying, “But I surprised them. Me now.”
Adeleke said he’s going to be a musician, but he says he’s glad his grandson, David Adeleke, more commonly known as Davido, is doing well in the field.
He said that the people of Bang Osun should expect better management from him.
