Nigerian music star, Oluwaseyi Joshua, popularly known as Seyi Shay has welcomed her first child, a baby girl.
The new mum shared the good news with her fans and followers in an Instagram post on Friday, April 22.
“The Eagle has landed
What a journey its been!.. Thank you ALL for ur well wishes . We love you…”, she wrote.
This comes after the “big girl” singer had a gender reveal and baby shower party in the UK over the weekend, courtesy of her friends and there they discovered that she is expecting a baby girl.
Her close friends were in attendance and they took turns to say sweet words to her, pray and reassure her that she would make a great mom to her child.
Seyi Shay took to her Instagram page to share a video from the party which held on Sunday, April 17.
Meanwhile, the mother of one has revealed that she’s engaged. The revelation was made during an interview on BeatFM.
When the interviewer asked about the ring on her finger, Seyi said, “some guy gave it to me and asked if I would marry him”.
The singer sounds super excited to be engaged to her lover and went on to show off her engagement ring while adding that it’s a real diamond ring.
