All Progressive Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Council, APC spokesman Festus Keyamo has revealed why Labor, LP, presidential candidate Peter Obi cannot go to court to claim a proclamation. His father was the winner of the presidential election.

Keyamo said Obi had to fight the PDP to prove himself second.

He said that after proving that they came in second,  they could take the presidency along with the president-elect, Bola Tinubu.

In a tweet, Keyamo wrote:
Peter Obi and Labor couldn’t even go to court and claim to be declared winners immediately.

“They have to fight PDP first to prove they’re second before they have the guts to take on @officialABAT. So there is no room for cooperation between Labor and the PDP in court. »

Obi came in third in last Saturday’s presidential election behind Atiku Abubakar and Tinubu of the PDP, who were declared winners in the poll.
