Former Anambra Governor Peter Obi is headed for a landslide victory in the results of the presidential election held in his state on Saturday.
According to the results released so far, the Labor Party has surpassed 12 local government areas announced by the INEC Independent National Electoral Commission.
Local government areas that have been announced include Dunukofia, Ayamelum, Anambra West, Nnewi South, Aguata, Njikoka, Ekwusigo, and Anaocha.
Others are the local government areas of Awka North, Awka South, Anambra East, and Onitsha North.
To date, in all the announced elections, the Labor Party has won almost 99% of the votes in all announced local government areas.
