Okada rider, Donatus Mathew of LP wins Kaura Fed Constituency in Kaduna

Labor Party candidate in Kaura Federal Constituency, South Kaduna, Donatus Mathew was declared the winner of Saturday’s poll.

Donatus, known for his motorcycle transport business, was declared the winner of Sunday night’s election.

Although the LP candidate was a councilor in his ward, he was demoted to an okada rider due to difficulty.

The Labor Party won 10,466 votes to defeat the 9,828 votes cast by the ruling All People’s Radical Congress, APC.
