No Nigerian Court Has Jurisdiction To Proceed With Nnamdi Kanu’s Case – IPOB
The legal team of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, stated on Tuesday that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, was subjected to extraordinary rendition to Nigeria, and thus no court in Nigeria has jurisdiction to hear the case.
Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the IPOB’s lead attorney, made this known to newsmen in Owerri after visiting Kanu at the Department of State Service, DSS, facility in Abuja last Sunday.
He claimed that the extraordinary rendition violated Nigerian law.
“Our exclusive meeting provided us with the unique chance to discuss on strategic legal dynamics on all current IPOB matters, with particular attention to the anticipated likely outcome of the 8th April 2022 scheduled sessions,” Ejiofor said.
