LAND DISPUTE: MONDAY JOHN RUNS FOR DEAR LIFE OVER MYSTERIOUS DEATHS OF FAMILY MEMBERS
A 17- year old boy, Master Monday John has run for his dear life over threats to his life and mysterious death of members of his family.
Speaking with Newsmen, Mr. Martins John, a Cousin brother to Monday John said that there is a large acre of land which was left for Monday John’s father and his younger brother, Mr. Kennedy John by their father, Late Mr. John Nicholas before he died. He stated that Mr. John Nicholas is survived by two male Children who include; Monday John’s father, Late Mr. Enoch John and Mr. Kennedy John.
Speaking further, he said,” the problems which led to the death of Monday John’s father started in the year 2010 when his younger brother, Kennedy asked him to share their late father’s land which he did. After sharing the land, Mr. Kennedy refused to accept his own part purposely because, it is smaller than that of Mr. Enoch and this resulted to a serious fight which led Mr. Kennedy placing a Charm on Mr. Enoch’s farm,” he said.
Continuing, Mr. Martins John disclosed that one day, Mr. Enoch went to the farm, on known to him that there a Charm ( poison) prepared waiting for him, saying that it was when he matched on he the poison he his feet became swollen to the extent that he could no longer walk with his two legs and after some few days, he died.
In addition, he noted that Mr. Kennedy could note end up killing his senior brother, he also began to threaten his son, Master Monday John, searching for him to kill him so as to claim his late father’s land. He also mentioned that Monday’s mother and his sister died during birth. He stressed that the matter has been reported to the Elders in Council and appropriate authorities in Esan Community, where they hail from in Edo State, Nigeria.
As at the time of filing this report, Master Monday John has been declared missing. His father’s corpse has been deposited in the Mortuary for further investigations and spiritual consultations. Meanwhile, every effort made by the journalist to speak with Mr. Kennedy proved abortive as he has gone into hiding.
