In the Quiet Place by Precious Egilewe

In the quiet place I kneel,
Where no noise can steal or steal,
There I hear the Savior’s voice—
Soft and still, my soul’s rejoice.

When the world is loud and wild,
He calls me as His precious child.
In brokenness or mountain high,
His grace still lifts me to the sky.

The cross before, the world behind,
A love so vast, so true, so kind.
My sin was great, but mercy won—
The battle fought, the work is done.

He walks with me through every storm,
His Spirit keeps my heart warm.
Though trials rise and tears may flow,
I’m held by hands that won’t let go.

So I will praise with lifted hands,
And trust the One who understands.
My life, my all, I give to Thee—
Oh Jesus, come and live in me.
