Fountain University in Oke Osun after Osun Osogbo Sacred Grove in Osogbo, Nigeria. It was established by the Nasrul-lahi-li Fatih Association (NASFAT) in 2007. It is a private university based on the Islamic faith in the State of Osun. Currently, the school has two colleges:
College of Natural and Applied Sciences and College of Social Sciences and Management. College of arts, engineering, and education offered.

History
The formation of the Nasrul-Lahi-Ii-Fatih Association of Nigeria NASFAT – owner of Fountain University – initially focused on vigils for Muslim elites, to provide an opportunity for them to socialize and rub against Islamic scholars and deepen their knowledge of the principles and practices of Islam.
NASFAT’s desire to establish a university arose from the policy and educational plan outlined during the strategic retreat in Akodo, Lagos, in 2000. From that humble beginning, the association embarked into a systematic process leading to the organization of an academic summit. of 30 prominent academic individuals from which an 18-person planning committee formed in January 2004.
Fountain University was granted a license by the federal government to operate as a private university on May 17, 2007 on the recommendation of the National College Board. Following this achievement, a Fountain University Strategy Implementation Committee was established to serve as a “Local Council” to bring the university to life. This committee worked tirelessly to build the facilities that would allow the university to take off. The Commission was dissolved in September 2007 after the establishment of a Board of Directors led by Professor N.O. Adedipe is at the top. The first council completed its first four years in September 2011, after which it was reconstituted.
