Ambitious candidate for the Lagos State House of Representatives, Desmond Elliot bought new transformers for his constituents ahead of the election.
This politician took to his page to announce that he has installed brand new large power transformers in his constituency, Surulere, to bring electricity to those who have been without light for many years.
