A Federal Supreme Court in Abuja on Tuesday rejected a request to hear a petition filed by the All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Adamawa state, Senator Aisha Dahiru-Ahmed (Binani).
Instead, Judge Inyang Ekwo ordered her lawyer, Sheriff Mohammed, to apply to the court to find out if he had jurisdiction to hear the lawsuit related to the events in Adamawa State. Are not.
